What this covers
This policy covers aurelcreative.com. The site collects information one way: the application form.
What the form collects
Only what you type or select: your name, email, Instagram handle, follower range, average engagement, average story views, niche, posting consistency, and whether you are represented by an agency or manager — plus that contact if you share it. A short fit note based on your answers is attached to the submission.
Why we collect it
To assess whether a partnership makes sense and to reply — including scheduling a call if it is a match. Nothing else. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or share your information.
How it is handled
Submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, and then live in our email. This site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers.
How long we keep it
Applications are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
Removal
Email contact@aurelcreative.com and we will delete your application. Same address for any question about this policy.
